What are the fees associated with filing through IARD and how do I pay them?

There are SEC and state registration and filing fees associated with filing through IARD. Specific fees and more information may be found on the IARD Fees and Accounting page. A filer must have sufficient funds deposited into their IARD Daily Account to cover any registration fees, filing fees, and notice filing fees before the IARD system will accept the submission of a Form ADV.
